I really don't understand how you can justify charging me R930 a month, with a R5000 excess and no car hire. I have a quote in hand for R700 with only R1500 excess, car hire and credit shortfall. I had the most frustrating experience with your customer care in November. Telling me pretty stories about why I should not leave. I am leaving cause you are unable to give me any value and the highest premium. You used to be the best. You no longer are. You have become crazy expensive. Oh and let me also just mention I have a 15year plus history with you during which I once claimed for a windscreen and once a theft claim of my keys for R7000 measly Rands. Disgusted. Please do not contact me telling me pretty stories of how I will lose if I leave. You are the one's who will lose. Def not me. If you cannot match my quote, plus shortfall cover, plus excess and car hire, don't even bother.
