You get what you pay for.

A claim was lodged with Outsurance. The vehicle was send to a panel-beater on the Insurance panel. Vehicle was repaired or was it?. After a few days we found the colour coding on the vehicle was incorrect. The vehicle was send to the panel-beaters again. This time around they broke the ashtray in the vehicle and one of the external panels which was not properly mounted flew off while driving on the hi-way. After a few months we noticed that the spray paint on the vehicle was flaking. It was found that the workmanship and / or paint was inferior. Menas from Outsurance was assigned to deal with the claim. Weeks later and no solution. Beware - Outsurance does not honour their providers (Panel-beaters) work. At first Menas from Outsurance accepted liability and the next day changed his mind. Is this dishonest or ***********?
