You get nothing out at OUT
Why do you have insurance with Outsurance? It's pointless! I had an issue with my key not turning my ignition on Saturday, 24th August and reached out to Help@Out to assist me with towing. I was told that I needed to have the issue claimed for on Monday, 26 August and have reached out to the claims department. I even was sent an SMS to state that this is a claimable event. The claims department even notified me that I am covered for accidental damages. They then went on to express that not in this case. SO WHAT IS THE TRUTH???

26 Aug 2024, 11:30Your claims manager did nothing. I will most certainly be shopping around for a different provider. Not surprisingly, it will be one of the companies in the top 10 listed on Hello Peter, as no one at Outsurance knows or can get behind what OUTSURANCE'S INTERNAL AGENTS say or do. As a paying client, this is truly terrible to have to deal with.
