You don't always get something OUT!!!

I went onto the company's website to see if they could beat my curr ent insurance. I filled in the online request for a quote. I then got a call from a very friendly and super helpful gentleman who assisted me. The quote given could unfortunately not beat my current insurance. I then got sidetracked as he went on to educate me about the essential cover. I then advised for him to call me back later as I make a decision. I then remembered that he could not beat my like-for-like quote so I called the call centre to ask how I would go about claiming the money as they could not beat my current quote. The agen who assisted me advised that I email *** which I did but I have yet to get feedback. I did receive a call but it was from the agent who wanted to find out if I will go ahead with the Essential cover but could not talk due to back to back zoom meetings. The agent gave great service but I'm disappointed that I have not received any feedback regarding my request not even an acknowledgement that my email was received. Your ads promise to either beat the current insurance or get an x amount but I am grossly disappointed at the lack of feedback from you as a company.
