<p>Called Outsurance to lodge a claim for a windscreen replacement. Tumi, who I was fortunate enough to speak to, was so friendly............and that on a Monday Morning as well!!!!! Hahahaha. She was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Have had such amazing or should I say "AWESOME" service from Outsurance lately. Keep up the great service!!!!</p>
