I bought a house in 2012 and took Life insurance after the Huge hipe about how you get your premiums back after 15 years. Suddenly I get told that the product only started in 2015. after loading a query it gets told to me that I declined the offer for the 15 year Outbonus in 2012. How strange that you are contradicting yourself. Whats worse is im still waiting for the recordings stating I declined the product that I took out????

You declined the Megabonus on the Life Cover as it was too expensive to change from the old 10% bonus to the 15 year one.
