We have business insurance with Outsurance, which means that we claim very frequently, as in the motor industry there is always set backs. Never ever Outsurance decline any claim of the company. one of our mechanics had an accident in November 2014 and the vehicle was written off. Outsurance paid the claim without ay problems and according to me everything was settled. big was my surprise when I received a call from Chasisiwe Mncube in August, stating that she is from the legal dept of Outsurance and she is working on my file trying to claim my excess back. every 2 weeks she send me a sms with the progress. on Tuesday 20 October she phoned me with the great news that she recovered our excess and the amount will be paid into our account!!! What a great surprise, especially when we never ever expect to get something back! thank you Chasiswe Mncube for your effort and the way you handle it and most of all keeping me informed.
