<p>Well well well,</p> <p>Why am I not suprised</p> <p>In Nov 2014 I contacted outusrance for a quote. They could not beat the price I was paying for incurance at that time. I did not receive the R400 as promised. </p> <p>Last week Wednesday I spoke to someone, very friendly person who was friendly till I informed him that my current insurer was cheaper with the fee as well as exesses. Who ended the call immediatly afterwards. And ofcourse no R 400 as promised. Did not even give me a chance to inquire about it....</p>

Refilwe from our promotion department contacted you and made the payment to your account after you sent her the required documents now. She is still searching for the relevant call which ended abruptly and clearly unprofessionally. Our findings will be discussed with the relevant sales person.
