you always get SOMETHING out ... NOT EVERYTHING

Outsurance - where you always get SOMETHING out , not EVERYTHING , JUST SOMETHING . I was claiming for a car accident and i was given two options . Either let outsurance handle the claim and lose my outbonus and pay the excess or try to claim myself from the other party . i have considerd the second option but choose to let outsurance handle the matter . First problem was that there was no outsurance pannelbeater near Randfontein that can do the qoute for the repair . So i was asked to get my own qoute . After a day driving around and being almost chased away because THEY DONT DO BUSSNESS with OUTsurance , i managed to get a qoute at last . I send the qoute to the claims department R 31 700 , but then they told me i must watsapp them foto`s off the damage .... then they contacted some backyuard pannelbeater to give a quote from the pictures . So they qouted about R13000 for the repair and from other people`s experience i know they are the worst in Randfontein . So outsurance decided to pay out the amount of R12301 to go and find myself a pannelbeater ... LEAVING ME WITH A SHORFALL OF ABOUT R 18 000 for my own pokket .

I have been a client since outsurance started , and if this isnt sorted it will end this month
