‘You Always Get Something OUT’. I DOUBT THAT!!

I asked OUTsurance to give me a quote on my car insurance on 5 June 2023. Unfortunately, they could not save me some money by beating my current premium. So i opted for their very fami**** phrase "If we can't beat your current insurer, we will pay you ..... amount of money back". I sent in all documentation that they requested and till today i have not heard a single response. The salesperson was very helpful that day, phoning me every day if i missed their call, but have not bothered to give me a call since they couldn't beat my premium and asked for the promotion.

I am really disappointed in the service received once they could not meet my criteria.
