You always get something OUT

I would like to compliment Itumeleng on the friendly and professional service he gave to me. He cold called me about life cover as I had recently taken out home content cover. At that stage I was not ready to take out life cover and I gave him a time frame (which was almost 2 months away) to check up on me. After the agreed upon time came, I still was not ready to take out the policy and we arranged that I would email him once I was ready. To cut a long story short, we eventually struck a deal after quite a long time since we had started talking (so his patience paid out in the end and he caught a fish for Outsurance). throughout our interactions Itumeleng was very patient, friendly and professional. not once did his tone change with me even when I asked him to explain things that he had already explained. He responded upon the set agreements in place and was not pushy, he also responded speedily to his emails. I believe the reason I eventually took the cover with OUT is because of the service I received from this agent. He is indeed a valuable member of the company.
