YOU ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OUT ...

I phoned to change my excess amount as it was far too high. I agreed to an increased monthly instalment in order to effect the change. I was told that the change would be effected immediately. The pro rata amount was deducted from my banking account and the amended policy documents received. I have now put in a claim and was advised by the consultant that the excess payable would be R3600-00. I advised him of the change to my policy however he advised that the excess would be R3600-00. I am sick and tired of fighting within insurance copies and especially Outsurance. This is the second complaint I have had to lodge against them. After the first complaint I should have changed my car insurance but I gave Outsurance the benefit of the doubt. Their slogan is \\You Always Get Something Out ... \Yes\""
