"You always get something back" with a huge fight?
I am writing this review on behalf of my mom who is 79 years old. It is now 2 month that she has been struggling to get her promised no claim bonus to be paid out to her. She had to even send them bank statements to prove that no payment has been made. Really? Is this how you do your so called no claim bonus? "you always get something back" with a huge fight?
