You always do get something out!

On the 19th of December I was hit from behind in traffic which resulted in my car being written off. I have always heard such horror stories about the insurance process and how difficult it can be to get your claim resolved, i was dreading this on top of the awful experience I had just had 2 days before i was meant to head home for Christmas. Needless to say i submitted my claim with Outsurance and from the get go the experience was absolutely stress free, all the way from dealing with Mary in the beginning to dealing with Roshni at the end. I felt so at ease, knowing i was in such capable and willing hands, The team at Outsurance was always on hand to take my calls and handled my constant pestering in their stride.
