YOU ALWAY GET SOMETHING OUT!!! The only thing I’m getting out is R200 more out of my pocket

I was involved in an accident last year July .I was on route to work ,when a guy skipped the red robot,hit the pavement , lost control and hit my car on my side of the road. I was the innocent party of this accident and I was treated like a ******** ... outsurance interrogated me like I was the one at fault . I was asked questions like was I drinking? ,why I was on my way to work ? ,How long I’ve been with my boyfriend? just to name a few ... I was promised I would get my excess back ,after days of investigation and interrogation ,as they eventually found me innocent. I’m still waiting for someone to update me on what’s happening with my excess since July ...

3 days ago I got an email stating that my insurance for my car is going up by R200 a month as a result of the accident !!! And I was also told that’s the best they can do ?( the best they can do is what I’m paying now, not another R200 a month more) I was the innocent party the morning of the accident and now I have to pay more for my insurance ... I don’t think this is how I should be treated after 8 years and I think some other insurance company deserves my loyalty as a client ...
