Okay, this was an experience, I have not needed to claim for over 5 years so was not sure how it all worked. Well, that was not a problem for OUTsurance, they walked me through it all. From having the vehicle to towed to the depot, arranging a lift home and seeing to the valuation and arranging for the vehicle repairs – there was nothing I needed to worry about. The best part I will receive help from the legal team too, so I can maybe recover the excess. Also receive step by step progress report on the repair’s stages. What a dream – My world was falling apart, but this was one thing I can let go and know soon I will have my baby all fixed up and almost as good as new. Thank you.
