Yet again no R400. False Advertising.

This year I decided to once again try to get a new quote from Outsurance. As you all must know, they have a deal where they quote you on your car insurance and if they are more expensive, they pay you R400. I have tried the R400 deal last year and then they didn't want to pay out an amount. I couldn't report it here because I didn't get the call centre agent. <br> <br> Okay, so this year I tried again and yet again they were more expensive. So the call centre agent said she'll ask her manager if they can give me discount and then call me back. That was on Friday, today is Tuesday, still no call back. I decided to give them a chance to see if after the discount they might be cheaper than what I pay at the moment, but now I am tired of waiting and tired of false advertising.<br> <br> They should either stop advertising the deal or they need to start paying, because I know of a lot of people who also tried this but didn't get the R400. I'm not too worried about the money actually, but I hate it when they are advertising something and not doing it.
