Yesterday, I phoned in to try and get my insurance premium reduced
Yesterday, I phoned in to try and get my insurance premium reduced. Got through to Donald. What a pleasant gentlemen. He then put me through to Octavia, who was just as friendly and pleasant. Long story short, I added a warranty to an oldish car and still managed to get a bit of a reduction. What a pleasure. I have been with them for about 18 years now and they have never failed to please. Great job Outsurance!
