years of loyalty means nothing

Generally I cant say much bad thing about Outsurance cause no matter what they've always had my back for the number of years I've been with them.

So yesterday 24.04.2018 I got an email from them saying that the recalculation was done and I was expecting a small reduced amount , as I have had a conversation with a consultant a few weeks ago saying there might be a change in fees , but the dramatic jump to double the fees I was so shocked.

So I called and I was told its due to the claiming of last year and got a small price reduction. Now my question is if I'm not allowed to claim what is the point of insurance it is not like I'm in control of what happens in life. So I decided to contact various other insurances and disclosed all my information along with claim history and they all gave me an awesome quotes which what makes me sad cause I've been with Outsurance forever now and yet I got a times two on my premium.
