Wrongful cancellation of car policy

<p>Outsurance wrongfully cancelled my car policy. Policy no: OT896416. I was unemployed since January 2016. I phoned outsurance to cancel, but an advisor said I should just down grade.</p> <p>I phoned again to cancel because I couldn't afford the down grade due to my unemployment status.</p> <p>Outsurance continued to debit my account, I had to request my bank to reverse payments several times.</p> <p>I started my new employment 1 August 2016 and tried to reinstate my policy but was unsuccessfully due to my none payment status.</p> <p>Please correct this mistake as I cancelled my policy due to unemployment and know that I'm working again I need to reinstate my car insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
