Wrong vehicle insured for about 5 years

Hello,<br> <br> Just want to convey my disappointment with the serves of OUTsurance. I have been with you for a very long time and really don't know with the service that we have previously received. I have been querying the Ford Ranger from 13 April 2015 and there is still no answers about the refund on the overpayment over a period of nearly 5 years. No one is coming back to me I HAVE to PHONE every time to find out where the process is????? <br> <br> I Have received the recoding yesterday and according to me the lady who took the call from GT Mooiman was requested to phone the dealer about the specs of the Ford Ranger.<br> <br> About 4 min within the recording Tertius said it was not a new car it was a demo he did said earlier in the recording that it was a 2010. Then 5.10 min/sec in the recording Tertius asked her to phone the dealership to get the correct detail. 10.30 min/sec Tertius gave her the dealership name(Barlow World) , number and the person to speak to. <br> <br> This is really unacceptable and can someone please come back to me. I think I'm entitled to a call from a manager and a refund on the insurance as well as a better premium on the monthly payments. <br> <br> On your web you are
