Wrong name, Wrong No linked to car at panelbeaters.

I was incvolved in a car accident and my verhicle "written off" by them as the repair cost would just be above what I was to be paid out... but not unrepairable. They paid me out the money so that I can have the vehicle and took it to panelbeaters (not as per peperwork) under a wrong number and wrong name. If I had not conatced Outsurance - nothing would have happened as different panel beaters had my car under wrong name and wrong cellphone no. The "wrong" panel beaters not taking my car to the correct panelbeaters as per paperwork.
