Wrong Inquiry
I wanted to get a quote from outsurance on the 17th of February 2022.But now I'm seeing an inquiry on my credit report and it affects my credit score due to it adding to the number of credit enquiries.please fix this matter

Being a financial institution, we would have made an ITC enquiry when you requested a quote from us. This would also have been discussed with you at this stage as well.
