Wrong information

I requested quote for an insurance and after all details were given to agent, agent asked me how much I was paying at present and after that she gave me their price which was over my present premium.<br> The agent told me that i qualify for the R 400-00 rand from outsurance, she said that I would receive an email to be filled in so that I could claim the R 400-00, to date I haven't received anything , received an SMS with a login pin but don't know what to do with it.?!?!
