Wrong contact information
Outsurance has had my husband's details as the first point of contact on MY policy after he added his car to my policy. MY personal details should NEVER have been changed. This change took place in September 2020 and to date we are battling with them changing it back to my details. My husband called them twice, I requested it twice and STILL nothing has happened. Today I called in and his details are still reflecting there! We are tired of talking, now it is time to complain here... maybe then, they will take it seriously!!!
