Wrong advertising and bad service

I requested a quote with outsurance for my insuarance two months ago and they told me if they do not meet my current insuarance I will get R400 back. That is a total ****, they do not give back the R400 instead they ignore you and pass the buck or tell you they will come back to you after 30 days. <br> <br> I still have not heard anything from them and I have even refered people to Outsurance and they have taken the insuarance because it worked out cheaper. I used to say these guys are the best and I am glad they were not less than what I was paying on my insuarance if they do not give feed back in a small matter like this.<br> <br> What they are doing is bad publicity and making false promises. I am really dissapointed at these guys and I will never ever refer anyone to them. They are full of empty promises
