WRITE OFF OF A FRESH DRIVABLE CAR

What can I do? My car is still fresh, well looked after and in a drivable condition with bumps like in pics and Outsurance is offering me R9000 for the right off. I had been with Outsurance for years, paying a lot for premiums, I only asked them to tow my car once while I had a breakdown, other than that I have never claimed. Now it’s time to claim and a lady called Yolandi Becker said they can’t fix my car because it’s expensive. She said it’s R24000. If it’s R24000 who has determine that and why they don’t look for more quotations etc. Fender, bumper, bonnet, paint, labour cannot cost R24000. I have spent a lot of money keeping my car clean and in good roadworthy. Does it mean my CITI GOLF 1.6i is worth R9000 if they claim is expensive to fix? The last time I checked, they were going to assess the car, and then inform me when they send it to Midrand. In this process they didn’t inform me of when the car will be assessed, etc. The car is with them since Tuesday 3rd May 2016, and they only called me on Friday afternoon telling me that they won’t repair it. That means all these years I had been donating money to Outsurance. This is absolutely not good at all.I am just very angry with this company. I never thought they would treat me like this after I had been so faithful to them for years. I just need them to fix my car, if the accident has affected the engine or even radiator, then that’s another story. There is no oil leaks or anything in the car. I drove it but the issue was the bumper that was trapped on the front wheel.
