Wow wow wow what a delightful outcome! I telephoned OUTsurance just to make sure about the excess. Immediately the lady asked whether she could assist me with the claim. Just a few questions later, the claim was lodged. I got an SMS with the lady's contact number should I need further assistance and before I got home, the supplier of service (windscreen replacement) contacted me. Wow wow wow. I am so thankful, because an unfortunate accident turned out so wonderful after just a couple of minutes. Thank you OUTsurance.
