Wow, wow from grudge purchase to delight.

Wow, just wow. I have never used outsurances roadside assistance before. I always said it will not happen to me (famous last words). My wifes car broke down and I though why not use outsurance to collect and get the car to a workshop.

The app triggered a call to my mobile and kicked off what I can only describe as an amazing experience. I was told how long the flatbed would take to get to me and then sent a link to track its movement. They arrived and were quick to get my vehicle loaded. Dropped off my vehicle and called me to make sure that I was sorted. I have to say that this makes my monthly premium payments more bearable knowing that I have this type of service on tap.
