Wow, what awesome service Give that man a raise.

This morning I can only Monday as Monday blues, rushing to the office, kids in the car off to school and must trusty steed (Car) gave up. I immediately phoned Outsurance to arrange for the vehicle to be towed. They per caring and efficient. Got service immediately and had my vehicle towed within an hour. Keratin was constantly on the phone reassuring me that the tow truck would be there timeously and constantly checking on my well being and ensuring the town truck got to me eventually. In this day and age, while price is a big factor on everyones mind, for me service beats price and I got exactly that. First time I have utilised the tow service in my more than 15 years with Outsurance and was pleasantly surprised. I definitely know I have made the right choice in Insurance and remain a loyal customer. Once again thank you Krenashin for representing Outsurance in a client centric and professional manner.
