WOW.....Unbelievable determination from Legal dept @ OUtsurance

<p>I have an accident last year August 2015, which was definitely not my fault. I claimed from outsurance and paid my claim. I was advised by outsurance legal dept. that they will try and get the excess fee refunded to me as the accident was not my fault.... Today, I got call from outsurance staff, Lauren Williams and outsurance managed to get the excess refunded. I am very grateful for the service provided. Determination shows in your service, Welldone to all involved and THANK YOU!</p>
