Wow, Outsurance!

I just have to inform you guys about the more than excellent service I recieved from Outsurance yesterday and today. I lodged a claim for my lost weddingring yesterday, and to be honest, I did not think the claim would be met. Lo and behold, later yesterday I received a call from them ( Nobuhle Zondo) to inform me that the claim was approved in full and that I would be reimbursed during the next week. What was my surprise to find that the amount was already paid into my banking account today! A Saturday! Wow, wow! Thank you Outsurance, with such service delivery you cannot go wrong! 2 days, submitted, approved and paid out, no hiccups! Best of all, I will be able to replace my lost ring, in time for our 51st anniversary on the 19th of April!
