Wow Outsurance...

Richard Mashishi was excellent in assisting us with various claims, however the service provider who was assigned to to our cctv cameras leaves much to be desired. Less than one month after the repairs, the cameras are not working. We tried with out success to reach the service provider and only after contacting outsurance again, he came through and too the DVR to have it looked it. 3 days later we get a call from the person he took it to tell us what is wrong. Is this what was supposed happen? Are we now to repair it? Should the Outsurance service provider not be the one contacting us.
