Wow I had two windscreen chips which I got two days following each other and I claimed but due to network issues the advisor couldn't get hold of me and I ended up paying to repair the chip as it was big. Then the next day while traveling back home I had another stone chip and advisor indicated that I can still go and repair the chip at no cost and she will refund me the first payment I made. It was effortless despite the network challenges and she never gave up on me until she was satisfied that am ok and my car has no further damage.
