wow what an excellent customer service ,i received a call during my incident from lizelle Gouws .Guys I promise you 24 hours to be exact i had already received a response .knew which direction to take from then . she treated me with compassion, all the way through our conversation .wow I'm happy with her.as I was still in shock of everything that happened she made it easy for me to talk to her and I felt like I'm the only customer that mattered
