Wow

I've been an Outsurance client for a couple of years generally happy with the service. A couple of months ago I received a call from Nomusa asking me to bring my other biz to Out. it was a bit expensive and she promised to contact me back at a later stage to see if I would qualify for a discount.<br> She called back yesterday, 09/12/15 and she promised to call back the following day as I couldn't talk. She called me in the morning and I requested that she call later as I was driving. She called me and, let me say, she made me feel like I'm not just another client or number at Outsurance, but that I'm someone who matters. It felt like I was speaking to a friend that I've had for a very long time. One could feel her smile, great attitude on the line. She took her time in explaining stuff that we take for granted. She made sure that I understood and she made me feel wanted.<br> I would simply like to say to her, Thank you very much. <br> Outsurance, you definitely have an asset in Nomi. Please look after her as she will continue to grow in value and ultimately, your company will.<br> Thank you so much for the wonderful person you are. May you be Blessed.<br> You blew my mind
