Worst Short Term Cover Ever
<p>OutSurance it very good at their **** advertising. Their service sucks. Everytime you have a claim they also fnd excuses not to pay. A very lame excuse is wear and tear. Why does FNB use such a useless insurer.</p> <p>I am changing to Discovery Insure. They are so far one of the best in the Market.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please guys. dont buy insurance at call centre or over the phone. Outsurance sucks. They dont deserve a star rating. One star is too good for them.</p>
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Michele our claims manager called you to discuss reasons for the rejection. We don't cover maintenance related damages. He said that this was also discussed with you on the previous claim.

Please dont find excuses. How can hail damage be maintenance related. Furthermore I am still awiting for the recording that Outsurance promised to send whereby they "so called" claimed they advised me in 2014 that they would not pay for roof related claims.
I dont need your services anymore. Process is in progress to move to Discovery Insure. My roof has been sorted out by myself. Dont know how much more care we are supposed to take. Outsurance call alls acts of God to be maintenance related. How pathetic.
