worst services ever

We have call our insurance which is outsurance because our back window of our jeep was broken by a stone from our neighbour cutting grass. Now they sent National Auto Glass as per our previous review came out without tools and damaging my roof of my jeep now the lady Katlego from outsurance said that our canopy was damage its not a canopy its a customary roof and then they tell us that its something else and i have to pay r 4500 for the damages National auto glass that damage the roof that was a limited addition now we have called the managers and sent emails and no just no one is helping me to resolve the issue that was not caused by us but by the people and or company outsurance sent to us for the fix of the window so all over you see that outsurance is the best and here the stories but after this i am thinking that outsurance is not the greatest as made out to be the personal doesnt have the correct working s****s to assist us with the issues on hand and no one is assisting me in this huge issue Mariette shivas
