Worst Service I have Ever received

<p>Where do I start on the pathetic service I have recieved from OUTSurance??????</p> <p> </p> <p>I was in a minor accident about 4 weeks ago and on the day put my claim in. They were fast and sufficient on actually processing the claim and then telling me that my exxcess amount would be R2100.00 and that the quote for the damage on my vehicle would be round about R15 000.00. </p> <p> </p> <p>As the vehicle was a gift from my father we alos had o change the driver details on the day to make me the regular driver where after they raised my monthly premuim from R 500.00 to R 950.00 per month and on the day of payment had no trouble taking that money </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been calling them 2 - 3 times a week since my accident to find out where my car needs to be taken to get repaired. Finally last week I was informed that the nearest supplier they have on their books is in CERES, please not I am based in Robertson and that is about 200 km away from me!!!!! They then advised that the supplier Henning Panel beaters would be in contact as they would arrange for the collection of my carand the dilivery when repaired!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>IT HAS BEEN 2 weeks since that call and needless to say that nothing has happened still, I am still awaiting this coming call from Henning panel beaters and every day I phone and tell them how unhappy I am and how pathetic the service has been and it seems it is all landing on deaf ears!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never in my life worked with a bunch of more *********** people than the staff at outsurance....they expect me to make a payment monthly but when push comes to shove and they actually have to provide me with a service it i the absolutely worst service ever recived!!!!!!!!! When I actually do call it seems that they just keep on ignoring me as I have asked for feedback and all they say is someone will call me WHEN ARE THE ****** PEOPLE GOING TO CALL ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been paiteint and been as calm as human possibly but I will be getting my lawyers to contact them as my honest opinion is they are not even worth a R1.00 premuim monthly with the service I am getting from them</p> <p> </p> <p>VERY VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT</p>
