Worst Service ever

On October the 24 i was involved in a accident where one of outsurance customers hit a car behind me. And the car went into mine, there client is saying it is not his fold and the evidence is clear that it is his fault, i am send from one person to the other and they still reject my claim as they are taking there clients word for it,where there is more than enough proof that he is guilty i am sitting with a 100000 rads worth of damage to my car and they just don t care about you even if he is guilty as daylight
