WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>Im truly disipointed in Outsurance ! The poor service and follow up they provide regarding my claim is appauling . Its now over a month since the rain damage i had and still its not fixed and still awaiting feedback from the call centre. the Plumber that came to my house to do qoute said Outsurance will cntact me and still i have recieved no call back. Again i called today and requested to speak to a manager which the reply was i will be called back after she has finished her call with another customer... its 3 hours and no call. i will not even go into the detail of the qoute and worked that they wanted to do which was not on standard i will recomend your make use of any other insurance comany but OUTSURANCE</p>
