Worst service ever

We were involved in an accident with a client from out surance it was our right of way and their client who is a 86 year old man comes off a side road and knocks into us and then when i phoned the insurance company OUT SURANCE they declined the claim because their client says its my fault but if you see all the documents you can seriously see that it was his fault is this how OUT SURANCE take care of their claims they advertise that they are the best yet they can't see right from wrong is that the type of insurance company they are i am definitely going to inform all the people i know about OUT SURANCE even get them to look at other insurance companies
