Worst service

Outsurance is PATHETIC!!! my company is doing a third party claim as one of their clients vehicles wheel came off and damaged one of our clients vehicles. This happened is DECEMBER. Here i am still waiting on Mbali Mncube who is handling the claim EVERYDAY there are new excuses. She RUDE on every call and has no way of speaking to people, id suggest you have talk with her, and get this claim sorted!!!!
