Worst service
Representative misleading me, the next thing I see outsurance on my enquiries in my credit report. And this guy was insulting me call me Sbari Makoti.

Further to our private reply of yesterday, we can confirm that our sales manager Denzil has been in contact with you.
He has confirmed that permission for a credit check was provided by you on the call.
We do however agree that the service you received was not the type of service we want for our clients and will ensure the necessary coaching is done with the advisor.
