Worst sales experience ever

I had the worst experience ever with Outsurance. Am truly disappointed i have never thought the service could be this bad considering the fact that they rate themselves highly when compared to other insurance companies . I spoke to a sales consultant yesterday who quoted me on a car and i was happy . we agreed that am going to cancel my current insurance with immediate effect and start cover with OUTsurance today . He was very pushy kept on forcing i take up cover for month end and i told him we must start today as i need to confirm cancellation of my current insurance . Well i did all that and he never called me . I called in this morning and spoke to another agent who wanted to give me cover . She gave me a different premium and said to me she doesnt know where the other agent quoted me less even though she could see the quote on cover of the previous day. I then asked to speak to her manager, she said they are pulling the call records and they will call me back in two minutes . Hours down the line am still waiting and no call ! My car is not insured as i cancelled my insurance . This is very ********* and wrong and surely does not comply with TCF , i will escalate the matter immediately and should anything happen to my car i will hold them liable. Am not stupid i wouldnt have cancelled my cover with my other insurance if it wasnt for their agent who **** and was very ***********
