Worst nightmare ever

Outsurance took more than a month to resolve my claim without any updates whatsoever. Next thing they call me and tell me that they have written my car off and have already contacted my bank and requested the settlement letter without my knowledge. I thought my banking information was private, but I see ABSA does not have a confidentiality policy, the outsurance representative was also extremely rude. He spoke to me infront of other clients in the reception and proceeded with walking out of the building while I was still trying to understand how they came to the decision of writing my vehicle off. I have never experienced such pathetic service in my life. Outsurance you are a bull**** insurance company.
