Worst Insurer Ever

I am so over Outsurance. The premium increases from +R980 to R1400 in less than 1 year. Worst of all is the drivel they try and feed you to explain their exorbitant fees. They tell me I had an accident and their assessor says its not an accident but an electric fault, so they refuse to pay, but update my schedule to reflect that I had an accident. The only time they are willing to effectively listen is when you tell them you have found another insurer that does not charge an arm &amp
