Worst insurer
In March 2020 i wanted to cancel my insurance as my premium would have increased and i managed to get a cheaper insurance , outsurance beat the premuim to 517.36, it went off on the 2 March 2020 and that was the last time it went off for that amount. In April my premium was reversed and the consultant said that i can reinstate my policy they wont cancel it. Due to the Lock down and financial difficulties i reversed my premium however no one told me that my policy wont be continued if i reverse it and now they refuse to continue my cover, at the same time the premiums that with off was more then R60 more to what they said my premium would be.
