WORST INSURANCE EVER.

Outsurance is the worst insurance. I insured my two laptops. Friday in Johannesburg CBD I parked on the side parking and went to the boot of my car to take my laptops because I was going inside the building when I was busy at the boot a Toyota Corolla parked behind me and the passenger guy jumped out and point a gun on my lower back and he was speaking in Zulu that I should give my laptop or he will shoot me. I can’t risk my life for a laptop and the car drove off.

So I claimed I opened a case. So today this so called assessor calls today saying he wants to meet me. I’m not meeting any stranger I’m not comfortable with that. I gave him everything he needs a case number the place where the incident happened why do I have to meet a stranger.

Then I spoke to the manager which I explained everything to him. Outsurance they will do everything in their power to decline your claim because the manager is also making excuses that there’s a premium that I didn’t pay I laughed because I pay my premium once in a year I pay annually clearly that proved to me that they just want to make excuses.

Outsurance is a company that wants you to pay your premium and not claim.
