WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!!!!

We are now in December, and still no answers. they sent our bus back stripped of parts inside and out, numerous emails have been sent about the missing parts - no feedback from Outsurance. the service from Outsurance is the worst I have ever received. There is no after service. They will come back to you but actually they just reply on Hello Peter to not look bad, but then they pull up their shoulders and basically tell you it is not their problem. They are the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with!! The missing parts on the bus is not their problem. This company *****s from their customers and then just goes silently into the night!!! they still refuse to pay insurance on the bus that we insured with them, because according to their policy it is a van. we sent them proof that we registered a bus -they ignore us.
